Sandra Lee Johnston

We are heartbroken to lose her but are comforted by the thoughts of her dancing with Pop’s in Heaven, the love of her life. She met Bob (Pop’s) at Ford Motor Company where they both worked for many years. Her career landed her at CH2M Hill where she retired as an executive secretary. After retirement Sandy and Pop’s moved to the Colorado Springs area where they lived out the rest of their lives. They were both loyal members of Pikes Peak Christian Church.

Her children, grandchildren, family members and friends have many fond memories of fun times and adventures. She was always committed to helping other which she truly loved.

She was proceeded in death by her beloved Pop’s and her daughter Vicki. She is survived by her brothers Bob and Bill Hill, her children Nicki (Lance Wentworth), Rick Robertson (Val). Grandchildren, Andrew Wentworth (Chelsea) and Jeff Wentworth (Brittany), Jamie Steadman (Zach), Brittany Hanstine (Mitch), Crista Robertson, Raegan Bostrom (Jordan) and Great grandchildren Zoey, Annaleigh, Luke and Landon Wentworth, Quentin Robertson, Ada and Otto Steadman.

Private Interment for the family is July 15, 2021 at 10am at Pikes Peak National Cemetery followed by a Celebration of Life at the Wentworth’s home at 12pm for family and friends.
