Rogelio, Beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away on February 21, 2022 at his home in Fountain, Colorado. He was born June 13, 1949 in McAllen, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father Genovevo , Mother; Victoria, Wife Emilia and his oldest brother Rafael Vargas. He lived in Fountain for over 60 years and graduated Fountain Fort Carson High School. “Roy” had many job and was a master of all trades. Always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. He loved to play the guitar and was in many bands. One of his favorite hobbies was to teach others how to play the guitar as well. Roy loved listening and dancing to music with his lovely wife.
Vacationing and traveling were also his favorites. Dad was the smile on everyone’s face and will be missed dearly by his son Rudy, daughter Rita and by all his grandkids; Eric, Erin, Lorenzo, Santiago, Mercedes, and Elena and all the rest of our loving family.
