Robert “Bob” Earl Dale Sr. entered rest on August 5th, 2020 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was born on January 31st, 1953 in Humphrey, Arkansas to Henry B. Dale and Velma Pearline Dale (Stacy). Bob grew up in Brian, Ohio and later moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he enlisted in the United States Army At the age of 18.
Bob was stationed at Fort Carson. In Fountain, CO on December 17, 1973 where he later met his Wife Theresa Dale at Skate land. They married January 5th,1974.
Bob and Theresa moved back to Arizona where they began their family. They were blessed with four wonderful children: Son Robert Earl Dale Jr. (Rebecca Akers-Dale), Daughters Audra Lynn Moreno, Maria Clarita Vega (Tony Vega), Candace Sara Gollaz (Adrian Gollaz). In total, Bob also was blessed with 18 Grandchildren, and 15 Great-Grandchildren. Bob is survived by his wife,children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren. As well as brothers William Henry Dale I (Barbara), Phillip Wayne Dale (Jan) and sister Carolyn Virginia Cross. He was proceeded in death by his parents, brother Harold Elmer Dale, and grandson Cesar Vega.
If there was anything that Bob loved more than God and his family, it was his guitars. He had an ear for country music and devoted much of his spare time playing songs in a band and for his family. He loved to show the grandchildren his talents and even left a couple of them with that passion to carry on. Besides guitars he loved to fish, hunt, camp and get together with his kids and grandchildren. If there is one thing, he left instilled in his family, it was his undevoted love for God.
In his last moments, he was surrounded by family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
