Our Hearts and Prayers go out to ALL the family, may God's Love & Peace shower you all as you go through this time of healing. I would like to thank my husband and ALL of the family for giving me & my son the chance to know grandma and be apart of this wonderful family! She was a TRUE ANGEL.... She lit up any room she walked into , and had a HEART OF GOLD... & would give any and everything she had to help anyone. May we light a flame for her that will never fade or burn out, as we keep her memories alive in our Hearts FOREVER! 🙏 Her spirit lives on in each one of you, as the LOVE she had in life for her family will ALWAYS SHINE BRIGHT! 
Some of our funny memories of grandma is when we took Grandma & Grandpa to cripple Creek and Grandma would hide her beer on the side of the machine & say "Don't Tell Grandpa....as she would see him walking up...lol We often stayed with one & then switched back & forth between them... I remember her telling us "I won, I won, but don't tell Grandpa I'm keeping money to play bingo...lol & On our ride back home, Grandpa would say "Virg are you smoking back there?" & She would say NO as she held her smoke & rolled down the window & blew it out ..lol Sam often enjoyed playing pranks on her when he would call her pretending to be a solicitor and she would say "Sam , I know it's you & they would laugh... We love you all , & hope that we can see you all soon. May ANGELS HOLD & COMFORT EACH & EVERY ONE OF YOU ! AS SHE NOW IS AN ANGEL... DANCING WITH GRANDPA! 🙏

God picked his perfect rose to take home, now we have another angel watching over us.

I have a lot of memories of our visits, how we’d go to bingo, how you taught me how to make tortillas, you never used a measuring spoon or cup, all you used was your hand.  The stories of when you and mom were younger, how she would have you steal green apples, how you’d jump out of a tree to scare my mom’s god mother.  I never knew about you and mom using Aunt Kays new outfits with tags still on them, until Aunt Kay was tell us the story how she caught you guys with her clothes, that’s just a few, but I’ll always remember what bond you and mom had it was always hard to leave at the end of our trips.

Giggles was my nickname from Uncle David and you, I’m going to miss hearing you say it’s giggles.

My heart is broken, forever in my heart.

I loved this little lady!  Her kindness, her caring and loving heart, and her sense of humor, are unforgettable.  But most of all her beautiful smile that was so genuine and loving.  
She was so tiny, but so strong!
She was so giving and selfless.  The only thing I could give her to let her know how special she was, was her Pineapple shake!  
She is in the most beautiful garden now, with her true love, and angels surrounding her.  Her memory will never be forgotten, she has touched so many lives.  Love and peace to you Virginia, for all of eternity.  Watch over us as you smell the roses in heaven.

Laughing so hard Aunt Ginny was cryin! Good times! Good times!

I will always remember how nice and easy cool you were to me and the way you'd say my name. Love the Colorado accent!  Never heard you say a bad thing about anyone. No matter what, you never seemed to judge anyone and you were ALWAYS nice to me & all of my grandmas family. I will remember growing up and going with my Grandma & Grandpa to see you in the summers. Good times! MY GRANDMA KAY, YOUR BIG SISTER  wants me to add this memory of how you and uncle Dave would come to visit and you two would sit up LAUGHING & listening to Spanish music till dark thirty in the mornin. I'm thinkin it was after my grandpa & uncle "passed out" (haha j/k) Thank you for all of the great memories and for never letting this world or circumstances change you from being THE ANGEL YOU ARE!! Please give my mom, my Aunt Cathe & Grandpa a big hug for me. I'll give this to God, atleast I know that those that believe can have peace and know that you're with all your loved ones that went before you, Big Dave, Your Daddy & Mom, My Mom (I know she loved you-you two sorta resembled eachother), Uncle Zeke.....everyone! I dont even know where to begin because I could go on forever talking about what it was like to really have my Angel here on earth. My grandma wasnt a grandma too me she was my MOM. Words can never explain what a joy she was and how wonderful of a person she was. We had the strongest bond that could never be broken. I cant even explain the hurt in my heart without you the saddnes i feel not to be able to tell you " Grandma put your arms around me and give me a big hug." I will always miss your beautiful face, how brave you were, your strength that kept me going when I had none, your pretty smile that would make all my worries go away, the love you brang into our home. Having you here with Robert the kids and I was like having Heaven on earth.  The days you had left on this earth I feel so Blessed I got too share them with you. We wouldnt have had it any other way. We will miss all the times we went to Bingo and getting ready for bed at night and all the laughs we shared. Theres so many memories I thank God for you always. You brang such happiness into my heart my BEST friend. You were a a fighter, the tiniest woman but wow did you try to keep your strength. Believe me you didnt go without a fight lol. My beautiful sweet MOM thank you for your unconditional love and being the greatest grandma too my kids they miss you so much. You were a Blessing to us and Im glad your dancing with Pompo in the sky. Heaven is lucky to have you because we sure were. Put your arms around Pompo and give him a big Hug for us. Until we meet again your in our hearts always. Robert the kids and I love you sooooo much❤💖💕💗

My Dearest Auntie,

I will miss you dearly, and always remember you sitting on the couch watching the Sports Games in your Jersey and Jeans.
The Love and Hospitality you and Uncle Dave always showed to me and John.
No matter if your house was full, I always had a bed and pillow to lay my head down.
I remember making Uncle Dave an omelette and he said he never had one, and you thought I was spoiling him.
The LOVE you and Uncle had for your kids, grandkids and family.
You were simplex and Happy, and I will always embrace my memories I shared with you.
You never judged me, and I Thank You dearly for that.

I can't find the words to say what a special auntie she was. She was sweet and  had a special spirit about her and made me feel special to her. She never said a mean word about anyone. She loved her husband,  her bestie and hurt when he was hurt. She is with him now. How strong she was! To live way beyond what the doctors predicted. I went to visit her one last time when I heard how sick she was and I am so glad I did. I am  blessed with my memories of her and of Dave. I am filled with sadness that so many family members can't be there because of this world crisis. And so happy she didn't have to see what is happening. She walked out of this world into loving arms of more family that loved her. God bless you my Aunt Ginny, as you have blessed us with your lovely spirit.  With much love, your niece,  Shugie

My aunt Ginny I will miss you sooo much ,you were very special to me you kept your word when you promised my mom that you would watch out for me. I remember that time I had gone thru surgery and when I woke up you were right there. When I live in Colorado you used to always invite me and my family over. Auntie I will miss you but its not good bye its I'll see you when we meet again 

I have so many wonderful memories of my beloved mother she was a very kind hearted mom who would do anything for the family! I loved my mom very much but now she is with the lord in heaven and with the family who have left this world now mom can dance with them, I will miss my mom very much! Your son Carl ortega.❤💔
