Dennis Dwayne King, known to friends and family as "Denny" passed away in his sleep on June 29, 2019. Denny was 52 years old at the time of his death and succumbed to diabetes which he had battled for many years. Denny shared this horrible disease with his father who passed in 2000.
Denny was a Colorado Native and graduated from Widefield High School in 1985. He was a skilled athlete in his early years and enjoyed playing baseball, football and wrestling. Denny was a talented builder of Hotrods and Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He has built and sold many unique and beautiful cars and motorcycles. He loved a good car show and enjoyed watching MMA Fights on pay per view. Denny was a natural artist who loved drawing and designing his hotrods and motorcycles among other things.
Denny was proceeded in death by his father Wayne King and is survived by his mother Peggy and older brother Rob. Denny was loved by and very fond of his Nephews Brian, Nick and Jake as well as his Niece Hannah.
A "Celebration of Denny's Life" will be scheduled in the near future. The celebration of life event will take place in private at a site to be determined.
