Wilfred Giltner

It is with deep sympathy that we announce the passing of Wilfred Giltner who left us on November 21,2024 at the age of 89. He was a beloved husband, grandfather, brother, and Uncle and his presence will be greatly missed.

Born on February 21, 1935, in Unionville, Illinois, Wilfred Giltner was the child of George S. and Elizabeth (Roberts) Giltner. Throughout his life, Wilfred Giltner was known for his proud military service and the skills learned from his service resulting in a long civil engineering career. He devoted his time and energy to his ranching and painting endeavors.

Wilfred Giltner is survived by his wife Beverly S. Giltner and many more family and friends.

The family invites relatives and friends to a graveside service for Wilfred Giltner on December 9, 2024, at 1:00 pm, to be held at Laurel Land Memorial Park of Ft. Worth TX.

The family deeply appreciates the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during this difficult time. Wilfred Giltner’s legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
