Wanda Lu Smith, 84, of Fort Worth, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020. She was born on December 28, 1935 in Fort Worth to her parents, J T Clay, Sr. and LuJean Clay. Wanda enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Smith; first born son, Gary Wayne Janes; and brother, John Clay.
Wanda is survived by her daughter-in-law, Peggy Janes; daughter, Caren Linn Thibodeau (Jon); son, Brent F. Smith (Leigh); brothers, J T Clay, Jr., and Jerrell Clay (Phyllis); sister, La Dell Perdue (Tommy); sister-in-law, Gayle Clay; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm on Friday, January 8th at Laurel Land Funeral Home, Fort Worth.
The Graveside Service will be held at 10 am Saturday, January 9th in Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76134.
