Walter Donald Howard, age 92, went to be with the Lord on July 21, 2024, at his home in North Richland Hills, Texas surrounded by family. He was born on November 9, 1931, to the late Walter G. and Lou Verna Howard in Bonita, Texas.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his Brother Harlan Howard and daughter Misty Howard.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Jean Howard, sister Ruth Graham (Adrian), daughter Debbie Trice (Robert), son Mark Lipman (Tina), daughter Becky Logan (Jeff), 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
Don was raised in the country to love birds, gardening, hunting, and fishing and was proud to be a Navy veteran. He had a true love for all children and a joke for every occasion. He will be greatly missed by all.
