Vicki was born in Corona, California on December 23, 1954 but called Texas home for over 20 years of her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Farrell and Claire Yvonne Harper and her brother Lenny Harper.
Vicki leaves behind her adoring husband of 48 years, Bobby Vaughn, her son David Vaughn, her daughter Jamie Fatheree and her three grandsons, Ethan, Brendan and Liam who were the pride and joys of her life. She also leaves behind 6 siblings.
Services will be held on July 7th at 11 at Shannon Rufe Snow . Visitation will be held the evening prior from 5-9 pm. Burial At Bourland Cemetery following the service.
