Vance Paul Cobb, 61, of Joshua, TX passed Friday, May 22, 2020.
He was born October 6, 1958 in Fort Worth. He graduated from Paschal High School, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Abilene Christian University.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Marie Cobb.
Vance is survived by his father, Don Howell Cobb; sister, Jill Cobb McCune; brother-in-law, Kent Russey McCune; a niece, Meredith; and 3 nephews, Nicholas, Jake, and will.
