Taylor’s Story- Looking for Love: Better known by grandmother as “My little Tater Tot”
Taylor was born on December 16, 1992 in Fort Worth, Texas to the parentage of Anthony Grimes and Tijuana Grimes. Taylor attended Dunn Elementary Of Arlington, Texas, SS Dillow, Dunbar Middle, Dunbar High and Richard Milburn Academy. He graduated from Richard Milburn Academy class of 2011. Taylor was a very sweet and compassionately person. Children loved and adored him because of his Loving and caring ability. He loved his family and had a kind heart for others. His niece and nephews also called him “Uncle Tater Tot” . His favorite colors are royal blue and black. He loved playing basketball, working out and most of the time he kept to himself. To his mother, he was known as her gentle giant. He was different from his brothers. Taylor worked in Midland in the oil fields. He also worked here in Fort Worth at several various jobs. Taylor’s life journey ended on October16, 2022. Now he no longer have to deal with heartaches, pains or trying to find his place where he belongs. Now he is in the presence of his brothers: Anthony, Jr. known as P.J. and Ray known as Ray Ray, his son Isaiah Grimes who preceded him in death. Those who are left to cherish his sweet memories are; his fiancé Tameka Bailey, his daughter LeAnna Bailey; his son, Amir Grimes of Midland, Texas; his dad, Anthony Grimes; mother, Tijuana Bryant; father, Melvin Bryant; his brothers, Cooper and DeVante Grimes; his grandmother, Stella; three aunts, Machell, Tracie and Latonia Walker; three nephews, Cooper, Jr., Henzrixx and Caleb Grimes; two nieces, Ceriah and Da’Nay Grimes; and a host of other relatives.
