Sonja Lehr Anderson, 92, of Fort Worth, passed away July 18, 2018. She was born in Oil City, Texas on June 21, 1926 to Ed and Hilda Lehr. She married Bill Anderson. Sonja owned the Sundown Lounge in the 1970’s and 1980’s. She was also a landlord of several properties in Fort Worth. Sonja had a passion for cooking for her grandchildren and loved working in the garden.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters Sheryl Stewart (husband Tim) and Pam Moore (husband Mike); grandchildren Chip Stewart, Casey Green, Kelvey Oeser, Courtney Green, Aaron Moore, and Heather Faris; sister Betty Lindley; and 10 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by husband Bill Anderson and daughter Denise Green.
Funeral Arranges will be held at 2:00pm, July 23rd, at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Home. Visitation is on Sunday, July 22nd from 4-6pm.
