She was born in Dawson TX, July 28, 1961 to the parenting of Gloria Lusk and Wilbert Starks. Prayer, love, giving and more giving in the name of God were her passions in this world. We're sure it is continuing in heaven.
She leaves behind 6 children daughters, Sheina Clark- Jarmon (Milton Jarmon), Shresha Clark, Shretta Jackson (Troi Jackson), and Toni Williams; two sons, Willie Clark Jr. (Genera Clark), and Tony Williams Jr. (Kristy Williams); 13 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Richard Baston, Felisha Cottrell, Kim Jefferson, Quincy Starks, Brandon Wilson, Errick Starks, Dominique Wright, and Sophia Battie (Starks).
Her brothers and sisters who preceded her in passing are Jeffery Hogan, Johnny Hogan, Cheryl Gipson, Billy Gipson, Michael Johnson, and Timothy Starks.
