Shirley Jean Petty Benson passed away Friday, Feb. 27, 2015.
Funeral: Her celebration will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Greater St. Stephens First Church, 3728 E. Berry St., Dr. M.A. Bell officiating. Interment: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Wake: 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors: Husband, Arthur Benson; children, Arthrez, Sh'Quinta and Arnez Petty; sister, Helen Petty; brothers, Ottis Carter (Patricia) and Larry Grimes; grandchildren, Arthrez Petty Jr. and Julius Petty; and a host of other relatives and friends.
