Say Kuong Lim was born in Kampomg Speu, Cambodia on August 15, 1955. He was blessed with two brothers and six sisters, Say Lorn, Huy Lang, Say Tieng, Say Heng, Say Haung, Muy Tiev, Ar, and Say Khim. He was a very loving man. A selfless man who would give you the shirt off his back. A man who never cared about possession or money, but a man that cared for simpler things; love, kindness and family. For you, we all learned to be better people. We learned to love a little better, and smile a little brighter. You are missed dearly by all of us, but we know you are in a better place.
