Roshon was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Bobby and Jimmie Scott on September 15, 1970. She was baptized in California at a Church of Christ. Her education was provided by the Fort Worth Independent School District.
Roshon is proceeded in death by her father Ivory Scott, grandparents Beluah & William Penn Scott; Levester Gunter; sister Debra Ann Williams; brother Rickey Donn Smith. She is survived by her mother Jimmie Scott; five sister, Belinda Reed, Joylene Bealer (Herman), Sandra Smith, Shauna Donald (John), Patrice Scott; and a host of nieces and nephews.
