Ronald Earl Scott, Sr. peacefully entered into eternal rest on September 28, 2022, at the VA Palo Alto HCS, Palo Alto, CA. He was born in Richmond, VA on June 12, 1957, to his loving mother, the late Pauline Scott. He was raised in Amelia County, VA by his loving grandparents, the late Ulysses and Fannie Scott. Ronald attended and graduated from the Amelia County High School in 1975. He also attended the Virginia Commonwealth University. At an early age, Ronald was baptized at the Union Branch Baptist Church in Amelia.
Ronald joined the United States Air Force in 1976. Some of his favorite places that he was stationed were Hampton, VA, Boston MA, Guam, and Japan. But his favorite place of all was Hawaii, he dreamed a moving and spending the rest of his retirement in Hawaii.
Ronald was a kind, fun, and a very loving person. He loved his family, and he loved to give and make others happy. Ronald loved to travel, loved auto racing, but above all He loved his grandchildren. Nothing brought more pride to Ronald than watching his grandkids learn, grow, and succeed.
Ronald leaves to cherish his memory, his loving son, Ronald Scott Jr. (Tiffany); 3 daughters Brittney Scott, Tamika Scott, and Tamera Scott (Nick); and 8 grandchildren Amoree Montgomery, Macaiah Scott, Jalen Tyler, Kamaiah Scott, Nick Clark Jr., Carson Scott, Niyah Clark, and Baby Scott, 3 Tracey, Dee, Angie, a Niece, nephews and many friends.
God saw you getting weaker and He whispered, “Come and Rest”
His garden must be beautiful. For He only picks the best.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone.
