Robert "Donald" Perry Roberts, 94, left for heaven to be reunited with his loving wife, Vione, and loved ones Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015.
Donald was born Nov. 24, 1920. A man of faith and principals, he honorably served during World War II and retired from Bell Helicopter. Donald and Vione were married for 73 wonderful years, during which the Lord was always the beacon of their lives. They were active members of the church and loved to travel together.
Donald was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was an inspiration and well-respected and will be deeply missed by everyone.
Survivors: Children, Wanda Beall and husband, James, and Don Roberts; grandchildren, Jimmy, Tim, David, Misti and Ricky; and many great-grandchildren, friends and neighbors.
