Retired Chef Patrick Hernandez, sadly left us at the age of 69. He passed away September 16th, 2022. Patrick was born July 13,1953 in Fort Worth to Trinidad Cisneros and Jessie Hernandez.
Patrick loved to make us laugh and fill our bellies, but most of all he was grandpa. He filled our lives with excitement, life, love and much happiness. We will miss him very much!
Patrick is survived by his daughter Trini Hernandez, grandchild Jimmy Buck Hutton, grandchild Hemi Hutton, and grandchild Harley Hutton. He is proceeded in death by his wife Sarah Hernandez.
A burial for Patrick Hernandez will be held Wednesday September 21, 2022 at 10am at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel, 7301 E. Lancaster Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76107
