The Family will receive friends from 7-8 PM on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 Salem Missionary Baptist Church. He will be laid to rest, Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery 2:00 PM. Fisher, his loving and devoted wife, Verdell Fisher; his loving daughters, Avis Michelle Fisher, Ava Fisher Stevenson and husband Frank,Jr. and Adrain Van "Casey" Nolley and husband Thomas; daughter-in-law, Shelia Fisher; sister, Essie B.
