Dad was a beloved husband, Father, grandfather, brother and friend. His presence will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Born on July 28, 1944 in Ballinger, Texas, Pablo Lopez Jr was the child of Pablo and Carmela Lopez Sr.
Throughout his life Pablo Lopez Jr was known for his kindness, love and dedication to his family.
Dad was a painter for North Texas Steel Company in Fort Worth, Texas for 39 years. He retired in 2011. He loved being outdoors and messing with his pickup truck. He kept busy all the time. He loved Holiday gatherings, especially his birthdays. Family was always first with Dad.
He moved from Ballinger, Texas to Rio Vista, Texas in 1966. Three years later in 1969, he moved to Fort Worth, Texas where he remained the rest of his life.
Pablo Lopez Jr is survived with deep sorrow by his wife Elva Lopez of 64 years. He had 6 children Mario Lopez, Armando Lopez, Sophia and Frank Arango Jr, Joe Louis Lopez, Elsa and Orlando Esparza and Joelda and Frank Amaya. He had 20 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 3 brothers Emilio Lopez, Raymond Lopez and Robert Lopez and numerous family and friends.
Pablo Lopez Jr is preceded in death by his parents Pablo and Carmela Lopez Sr, his sisters Consuelo Garcia and Margarita Reyes, and his grandson Joseph James Nichols Lopez.
The family would like to invite everyone of you to a gathering on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm which will be held at The American Legion Post 569, 400 W. Felix Street, Fort Worth, TX 76115.
Our family deeply appreciates the outpouring of love, prayers and support during this difficult time. Pablo Lopez Jr’s legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
