Otis Nealy, age 76, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Tuesday September 10, 2019. Otis was born June 3, 1943 in Marshall, Texas. Celebration of his life will be on Friday, September 14, 2019 at 12 Noon at Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors. Family Hour: Thursday from 7 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
