Nancy J. Killman Taylor

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 12pm, Burial to follow at Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery.

Nancy was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 7, 1931. Her family moved to Texas in 1945. She graduated from Poly High School in 1949 and UTA Arlington in 1951. She married her high school sweetheart Gordon Killman in 1951. He preceded her in death in 2002 after 50 years of marriage.

In 2004 she married a close friend Alton “Herb” Taylor who passed away in 2012.

Nancy is preceded in death by her husbands Gordon Killman and Alton “Herb” Taylor, father Raymond D. Fisher and mother Katherine Fisher, and son Barry Killman.

She is survived by her brother, Raymond Fisher, Jr., son Bryan Killman, Michelle Killman (Barry’s wife), daughter Kathy Killman. Grandchildren Christina Cary, Carrie Killman & husband Russ Powell, Justin Killman and wife Kelly, Robert Fischer and wife Katheryn, Thomas Fischer, Cody Killman. Great-grandchildren Taylor Martin, Cal Carey, Cooper Carey, Chanley Powell, Ledger Powell, Rylie and Kayden Killman, Talon and Logan Killman and Audrey Rose Killman.

Nancy had a lot of friends including those in her Sunday school class New Horizons. She loved her family, her grandchildren and great grandchildren (and also Britney her 4 legged friend).
