Mary "Aunt Bonnie" L. (Edwards) Hudson

Mary L. Edwards Hudson was born April 7, 1939, in Montalba, Texas, to the proud parents of Calvin and Etta Edwards.

She received her education from Massey Lake High School.

In 1956 Mary moved to Fort Worth, Texas. She met and married the love of her life Johnny Hudson, Sr. From that union, they were blessed with four children. Mary was a member of Leslie Court Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas

Mary worked for Keebler Company before her retirement.

She loved the Dallas Cowboys and watching them on TV on Sundays or whenever they came on the TV enjoying the company of her family.

Aunt Bunny as she was known, loved her family and loved talking to her brothers and sisters. She loved her grandchildren and watching them grow and flourish, looking forward to the holidays enjoying with family.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Johnny Hudson, Sr.; her parents, Calvin and Etta Edwards; her brother, Robert; her sisters, Frances and Jearolene; son, Calvin; daughter, Marian; grandson Lil Lance.

And so, on Monday, January 10, 2022, Mary (Aunt Bonnie) heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Servant Well Done," and she transitioned from earth to glory.

Those left in God's care, her daughter, LaKesha (Reginald); son, Johnny,Jr. (Georgia); daughter in love, Rebena (Gerry); grandchildren, Trinity, Keyairra, Sanaa, Lance (KaTonsha), LaDarian, Tanina, Na Keith, Deonta, DaShun, D' Ayricka and Travion; seven greatgrand children; one great great grandchild; siblings; brother, Calvin (Ann); sisters, Dulsie and Emma; a host of loving nephews, nieces and other loving relatives and friends. God sister, Genice; best friends, Dorthine, Earldene and Pearl.
