Mary A. Hoffman

Funeral: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: The family will accept visitors between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. preceding the service.

Mary was born to Harriet Thomas Creed and Gary S. Creed on March 17, 1929, in Akron, Ohio, and was retired from St. Joseph's Hospital in Fort Worth, where she worked as a dietitian. She was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in nutrition from TCU in 1975.

Mary was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be greatly missed by all. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Wayne B. Hoffman who passed away in 1995, and son, Kenneth K. Hoffman who passed away in 1971.

Survivors: She is survived by sons, Albert A. Hoffman and Orrin O. Hoffman and wife, Kim; daughters, Nina N. Hoffman and Robin R. Rumsey; brother, Thomas Creed and wife, Rosann; grandchilden, Christopher, Matthew, Johnathon, Candise, Kristen and Tammy; great-grandchildren, Devon and Jayda; and a host of nieces and nephews.
