Mary "Lou" Lucile Dowd went to be with the Lord on September 5, 2019. Mary Lou was born on February 8, 1926, in Fort Worth, TX. Mary Lou lived a full and complete life. Early in her life, she was a den mother, swim instructor and water skier. She loved playing cards, dominos and board games. She also enjoyed teaching her grandchildren games. She was active in her church as a Sunday school teacher and class secretary.
Mary Lou was preceded in death by her mother, father, brother, 2 sisters and first grandson Chuck Osmon, Jr. Mary Lou is survived by her son Chuck and wife Becky Osmon, son Rick and wife Cathey Osmon, 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday September 10th, 2019, from 6 - 8 p.m. at Laurel Land Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be on Wednesday, September 11th, 2019, at 10 a.m. at Laurel Land Memorial Park.
