Mary was born in Stamford, TX on January 28, 1920 to Henry and Ethel Bass. She was married to Wayne Bailey on September 24, 1937, in Santa Fe, NM. Mary worked in retail sales for Kids Stuff and Mitchell's Department Store. She was a member of Crochet Corner and had a passion for crochet and gardening.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents; husband Wayne Bailey; daughters, Sandra and husband Ronald Evans, and Suzan and husband Wayne Wells; brothers, L.J. Bass, and Bill Jack Bass; and sister, Oleta Showers. She is survived by her granddaughter, Amy Vogel and Husband Robert Vogel; niece, Cynthia Goodman; and nephew, Dane Bass and wife Rita.
