Ouida was born Jan. 11, 1925 to Zela and George Archer. On June 12, 1943, Ouida married her childhood friend, classmate, and the love of her life, Victor Holland, in a double wedding service in California during World War II. Together they had three daughters, Barbara, Glenda and Vicki. Nothing gave Ouida more pleasure than being with family and friends. She was a beautiful, loving, and kind-hearted mom, granny, sister, and friend who will be forever loved and missed. To meet Ouida was to adore her. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Victor; brother, J.W (Opal Archer); daughter, Barbara Basham; sister, Nell Pass; and grandson, Collier Nichols.

Survivors: She is survived by twin sister, Wanda Beavers (Jeff); brother-in-law, Hulen Pass; brother, Don Archer (wife, Billye); daughters, Glenda (George Appleby), Vicki (Cory Nichols); grandchildren, Allison, Beau, Hillary, Matti, Olivia; great- grandchildren, Bonnie, Georgie, Hattie; and many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
