Lynda Mae Barnes

Lynda worked with her husband, John, as business owners for over 20 years. They retired from John Barnes Installers in 1994.

She enjoyed fishing, antiquing and spending time with her family. Lynda was well known for her pottery collection and enjoyed buying and selling it all over the world.

Lynda met John Barnes in 1972 and they married the same year. Lynda and John lived in San Antonio, Texas before moving to Arlington, Texas in 1973. After retirement, they moved to Mansfield, Texas.

Lynda is survived by Lauri Bachman, sister, Karen Mooney, daughter, Rick LeRoy, son, Nick Barnes, son, Robbie Barnes, step-son, Theresa Wahl, step-daughter, Jim Barnes, step-son, Rusty Barnes, step-son and many beloved grandkids and great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by Lyman and Alice Harrison, parents and John Barnes, husband.

Lynda will be honored with a small family service in the coming weeks.
