Louis Dean Smith passed November 1, 2019 at his residence in Hill City, Texas. He resided there for twenty seven years. Louis was born in Grandview Texas June 5, 1944 to his parents, Jesse and Nora Smith. He had 11 siblings, and was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and 4 brothers. Louis is survived by his sweetheart of 55 years, Janit Smith. They met at the Texas Restaurant in Cleburne Texas and married two months later, May 30th, 1964. He owned Paint and Body businesses in Cool Texas, Mineral Wells Texas, Granbury Texas, and Hill City Texas.
Louis Smith had two grandsons, three granddaughters, and one great grandson, one daughter, Kathy Green, and one son, Nate Smith. Louis loved his church family at the Calvary Church of Granbury Texas. He will be missed by friends and family.
