Kelvin Lynn Josh Carter was born on December 02, 1997 to the parents Kelvin Lynn Carter and Vickie Carter Moore and his adopted father Arthur Douglas.

Kelvin attended school in the Everman Independent School District. In Carter’s free time Carter enjoyed being at family functions.

Carter was a devoted son, father, soul mate, cousin and friend. Carter is preceded in death by his father, Kelvin Lynn Carter, his brother, Kenneth (KB) Howard, grandfather, Nathaniel Howard, grandfather, Josh Carter and step grandfather William Benjamin.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories; his mother, Vickie Carter Moore, his soul-mate, Jaelyn (Kennedy) McBeth, his grandmother, Katie Howard, his grandmother, Dwendolyn Benjamin; 4 sons, Kaysen Carter, Jaedyn Carter, Kamauri Carter and Kyro Carter; 3 sisters, LaCresha Chandler, Tanisha Winston and Tanae Winston; 1 brother, Reginald Harris; 4 nieces; 6 nephews; 2 great nieces; his best friends-sister cousin, Kelsie Williams; brother cousin, Henry Burdette, brother cousin, Kandon Willis, brother cousin, Michael Williams, Jr., brother cousin Chandlor Callahan and brother cousin, James Lee (Ja-Lee) Burdette; aunties, uncles, cousins and a host of family and friends.
