Juan was born January 1, 1944 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Federico Ramos Obregon and Altagracia Rodriguez. He graduated from University of Monterey in Nuevo Leon, was a successful teacher, and served as Sergeant in the Mexican Army. He married Maria Gloria Anaya July 5, 1964 in Nuevo Laredo and immigrated to the U.S. in 1965. Juan was a retired machine operator of over 40 years and established J.R. Tax Services in 1988. In 1999, he became an ordained minister and founded Ministerio Cristo Vive/Iglesia Vision De Fe from his street outreach ministry on Lancaster Avenue. He dedicated his life to loving his family, serving God and others, and missions work in Mexico, Central America, Uganda, and Belize.
Preceded in death by parents, Federico Ramos Obregon and Altagracia Rodriguez, and brother, Ezequiel Ramos.
