Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park of Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Laurel Land Funeral Home.
She was born on Aug. 17, 1929, in Fort Worth. On June 12, 1945, she met the love of her life, Ralph Jetton, and married the following day where they shared 48 wonderful years together. Her greatest joy was her family. She loved having family dinners and celebrations. She was the best cook in the family and always prepared enough for the "Cox's Army." Joyce managed their family company, River Oaks Plumbing, for 22 years. In 1985 she went to work for Wal-mart as the jewelry department manager for 23 years. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Ruth Young Millican; sisters, Lillian Alexander and Jean Banks; and loving husband, Ralph Jetton.
Survivors: Brother, Burl "Zeb" Millican; daughters, Judy Brown (Joe), Nancy Harris (Neil); sons, Reese Jetton, Charlie Jetton (Lorraine) and Robert Jetton (Samantha); 13 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
