Joseph Thomas Guarneri was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to parents Joseph and Anna (Barbera) Guarneri on February 22, 1948. He went on to serve in the Vietnam War as a Navy Corpsman.
Joseph was a man of God who deeply loved his family. They were everything to him, and it brought him so much joy to watch them grow. He made sure to look for the good in everyone and loved to help others, whether it was spiritually, physically, mentally, or financially.
Joseph loved all things sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys. He collected albums, baseball caps, and movies, and loved singing, music, and his furry friends. Joseph was proud of his retirement from government service but was even prouder of his children and their successes.
He is survived by his children: Rose Ferguson, Maria Guarneri-White (Joshua), Monica Guarneri, Nicholas Guarneri, Melanie Onder (Corey), and Joseph Guarneri. He also had seven grandchildren: Alyssa Ferguson, Logan Hensley, Andrew Mascuilli, Hannah Woodall, Hannah Onder, Jacob Onder, and Theodore Onder.
