FORT WORTH -- John Edward Lawhon passed away Monday, March 16, 2015.
Service: 3 p.m. Friday in Laurel Land Funeral Home Chapel of the Chimes in Fort Worth.
Visitation: 2 p.m. Friday.
John was born in July 1930 to John and Mattie Lawhon in Chattanooga, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his parents and half sister, Mary Nelson.
Survivors: Wife of 65 years, Joyce; sons, Chris Lawhon and Mark Lawhon; grandsons, Ryan Lawhon and Jason Lawhon; great-grandson, Killian Lawhon; great-granddaughter, Alexa Lawhon; and dear friends.
