Born March 13, 1925 In Leon County, Texas to E.A. Boykin and Allie Dorman Boykin and passed away November 24, 2021. At the age of 96 years old.
Preceded in death by his wife of 35 years Mary Toomer Boykin in 2018, Brother Morris s. Boykin, Sisters Mary J. Buckler and Kathryn Irwin.
Survived by his Son Joseph Hill, longtime caregiver Angie Green, Nieces and Nephews Maralee Bullock, Cathy Lovette, Woody Boykin, and Lindsey Buckler.
John retired as sales manager for Johns Manville after 25 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching bull riding, and collecting antique glass.
A graveside service for John will be held Monday, December 6, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Laurel Land Memorial Park - FW, 7100 CROWLEY RD, FORT WORTH, TX 76134.
