The family will receive friends during visitation on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 2:30p.m. Both services will be held at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel, 6001 Rufe Snow Dr., Fort Worth, Texas, 76148.
She was born March 6, 1939 in Bonne Terre, Missouri to Noah Milton Raby and Lillian Dorothy Hulsey Raby. She worked at the Farmington State Hospital in the Recreational Therapy Department for many years. Jo Mae was an avid reader, and usually had two or three books going at once. She always loved spending time with grandchildren and great grandchildren. Beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Jane Wood. She is survived by her brother, William Mitchell Raby; daughters, Debbie Prose and Mindy Gallaway; sons, William Burch and James Burch; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
