Mr. Jerry Wayne Carter was born January 27, 1955. His mother was Maggie Ruth Carter and His father was Luther Carter who all was a native of Fort Worth, Texas. Both parents preceded him in death. Jerry was a veteran in the US military, serving 5 years in the Army. He passed away on November 24, 2023. He leaves behind one sister Janice Carter, and 2 brothers Ralph Carter and Donnell Carter. He has a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
