FORT WORTH -- Jean Walker passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015.
Memorial service: 11 a.m. Wednesday in Laurel Land Chapel of Chimes.
was a lifelong resident of Fort Worth. She attended Paschal High School, where she was a member of the Vagabonds Theater Group and later attended TCU. She was a former member of the Junior Woman's Club of Fort Worth. She also worked with Miss Fort Worth and Miss Texas pageants. She worked for the Fort Worth Chapter of March of Dimes and retired from the Tarrant County Sheriff's Department.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors: Daughters, Leslie Rutledge (Ron) and Tracy Walker; son, Wesley Walker (Lori); five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Pat Vinsant (Paul); two nieces; one nephew; and many other relatives and friends.
