Janice was married to Andrew M. Kjeldgaard and Glenn Boyd, both of whom predeceased her. She is survived by her sister Joyce Covert; her son, Andrew Lance Kjeldgaard, wife Linda, grandson Andrew Thomas, wife Meghan, and great grandchildren Alivia and Simon, and granddaughter Anne Kjeldgaard; and, son, Larry Mitchell Kjeldgaard, wife Linda, and grandsons Mitchell and Trenton Moody.
Janice worked many years for the Genesee County department of social services. She loved her flower gardens and enjoyed her family and friends. Janice was kind, gracious, and very generous. She was also active in Eastern Star.
