James Mark Hutchins, of Azle, passed away June 24, 2023. Born July 12, 1959 in Fort Worth to Mary Lou Scott and Mack Hutchins, he was a graduate of Eastern Hills High School, and worked as a power plant supervisor with Brazos Electric.
James was passionate about his church, Saint Barbara’s Orthodox Church, and was always willing to serve in whatever capacity was needed. He loved helping others, singing, working on cars, was always learning, and loved sharing his art with others.
Survivors include his children: Alana Shaw and husband, Dusty, Zacharia Hutchins and Jeremiah Hutchins; Grandchildren: Gabriel Shaw and Jade Holmes, and Brother: Wesley Hutchins.
A Panikhida service will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 7:00 PM at Saint Barbara's Orthodox Church, 5201 Altamesa Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76133. Funeral service will be Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 10:00 AM, also at the Church, with interment at Restland Cemetery in Dallas.
