I served with Jacob in Hawaii. Him and I became really good friends. We shared a lot of dark jokes with each other and hung out a lot. I even had him over for thanksgiving in 2019 because he had no where to go. Sadly the only photo I have of him is with me and the back of his head. You’re the only person not related to me to ever make me cry lol. I’ll miss you brother 

 I was Jacob's ISS teacher at RHS. He spent quite a bit of time with me  before going to TCA. There were a few of us who encouraged him not to  give up on school, and were so proud to hear about his success at TCA, and then the military. He would come back to RHS  anytime he was in town to give me updates on how and what he was doing. I am so thankful I was a part of his life and proud of the way he blossomed into a leader. My thoughts and prayers go out to those whose life were touched by his.

I would like to thank everyone for coming here today. We gather here today in remembrance of our beloved Jacob. As many of you know he was one of the most fearless people you could have ever met. From the time Jacob was knee high he was always strong and ambitious, from wrestling and climbing trees he was often getting himself into lots of trouble, and often me alongside him. Growing up Jacob was my best friend, he taught me what loyalty and trust means in a person. He touched the hearts of many, spreading joy and laughter everywhere he went. In Jacob's life he accomplished many things, however his bravest and most proud moment was the day he joined the army. In highschool Jacob took ROTC and Automotive classes, he wanted to be like his father, a mechanic. After graduation Jacob became a diesel mechanic for the army in Hawaii, where he started his life goals and dreams. Jacobs' life ended too soon but the memories and joy he gave us will always follow us in our hearts. Today I have prepared a short prayer I would like to say. Dear god today we lay to rest one of your children, we ask you father to assure us that Jacob is safe in your eternal love. We ask you to give us peace in the fact you have gained an angel in heaven as we mourn our tragic loss. We thank you lord for Jacob's life, the memories we shared with him and the love he gave us. Today we send him to you lord, in honour of the good you saw in him and the love we felt for him. Please give us the strength to leave him in your care, in the knowledge of eternal life through Jesus Christ amen. Thank you

I used to work with Jacob at DQ. It was never a dull moment working with him because he was always making us laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. Rest In Peace Jacob ❤️

He was always taking my phone to take what he liked to call “awesome Snapchat selfies” Of him self. 

We are in shock, but remember the good times we shared. Rest in Peace Jacob and may your family find comfort in the memories and the love you brought to them.

Jacob was always the best at making everyone laugh even when they didn’t want to. I have so many memories, so many pictures I could post so many things I could say....Jacob was just a one of a kind Soul.  You’ll be missed. Prayers and condolences to the whole family. 

Jacob and i didn’t spend much time together. However, i do remember this one time when he stole my teddy bear and through it up in the air so i couldn’t get it. Back then, i was so mad at him. But now, i laugh just thinking about it. 

I remember in this picture we were at Jacob's band recital and I remember think that it was the coolest thing and I always wanted to play the saxophone and I remember asking to play it and he would alway say no and i would get so mad and we thought it was the funniest thing and i will alway miss you

Jacob and I were close growing up, and I will always have those memories with him. He was always making people laugh or coming up with some story to tell. It is a tragic event, he did not deserve to go so soon. He will be missed dearly. 

Remember Jacob- such a sweet  and happy Boy.
Loved his ice cream- and could net get enough of our gummy bears - he knew we had them .
To hear he graduated high school and joined the military- we where so happy for him.
So so sad. My heart goes out to the Family.

I taught Cadet Wasicki at TCA. He was an awesome student. He made me laugh when I was stressed out the most. I hate to hear of his passing and I wish i could be there to say my final goodbye.  I am so proud of the man he became. Time on earth was cut way too short. Prayers for his friends and family. Fly High Cadet. 

Sat with him at lunch nearly everyday with a couple of friends. Never a dull moment. Never a moment he wasn’t cracking jokes. Everyone knew how hilarious he was and playful. Couldn’t take him serious for anything but that was the best part.

Jacob was a great friend to have in high school I had 5th period with him which was world geography and he knew how to make anyone laugh he's never come to class depressed or even mad


2017-2  Class 6  you will be very missed. I am at a loss for words my heart is broken. I am super proud of TCA Proud. Gone by never forgotten. Mrs. Bluntson

I had the great privilege of teaching Cadet Wasicki in our English class while he was at TCA. He was also in our yearbook small unit. He  worked so hard and was a true leader both in the classroom and at TCA.  I will always remember his smile and his sense of humor. Prayers to his family and to all who loved him. 

Although I wasn’t in touch with Jacob at the end of his life, I used to play with him on the playground almost every day in elementary school. He was always so funny and super friendly to everyone he met. I’m thinking about his family and close friends during this hard time. May he rest in peace. 

Dear Wasicki, this is I know was unplanned; however, I know meeting you wasn't.  My prayers will be for everyone who loved you but now must say see you next time.  May we hold on to the greatest memories.  

breaks my heart into a million pieces to find out about jacob.. he was the life of any party, he was never afraid to speak his mind & he was always fun to be around. he was the type of friend you never wanted to let go of. it was never a dull moment being around jacob.. my love and prayers go to his family & friends & if i could take all of their pain away i would in a heartbeat. 

I am at a loss of words. Jacob was my student at TCA in 2017. He was one of the most respectful students I have ever have. My thoughts & prayers are with his family during this difficult time.
