Jack Perry Lovelady

Funeral Mass: Noon Saturday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.

Memorials: in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in the memory and honor of Jack to St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, 3601 Altamesa Blvd., Fort Worth, Texas 76133.

Jack was born in September 1928 to Cramer and Irene Lovelady in San Antonio. Jack joined the United States Air Force and retired as a chief master sergeant. He served wartime tours in both Korea and Vietnam. Jack and his family were longtime members of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church. He was a faithful servant of St. Bartholomew's St. Vincent de Paul Society community outreach program and food pantry.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the ICU staff at Harris Southwest Hospital and the staff at Gentiva Hospice. The kind-hearted care you showed Jack and our family is very much appreciated.

Jack has joined in heaven his son, Michael Joseph Lovelady.

Survivors: Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 62 years, Peggy Ann; daughters, Susan Fuentes, Kathy DeLassus (Bruce), Maureen Lovelady, Mary Ann Garcia (Chris); many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Richard Connors (Patricia); and nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
