FORT WORTH -- J.C. Dickie Fears, a retired employee of TXU Electric, passed away Monday, Sept. 30, 2013.
Celebration of life: Noon Friday at Como First Missionary Baptist Church, 5228 Goodman Ave., Pastor Kenneth Jones officiating. Interment: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: Friends of Dickie Fears may visit him from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday at Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors, and 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Survivors: Those left with fond memories, his sister, Delma Rabb; nieces, Loretta Hardeman and Janetta Williams; nephews, Roger Rabb and Derrick Williams; and a host of other relatives and friends.
