He graduated from Trimble tech High school in 1964. He carried on a family trade of electricians learned from his father and grandfather and held a journey man license his entire life. Jerry loved classic car shows. Collecting coins, knives, and die cast cars were a few of his favorite hobbies.
He was a proud father and grandfather, always putting them first. An exceptional family man, attending every life, school or sporting event for his children and grandchildren.
Jerry was the kindest, most generous man you would ever know. He will be missed more than words can express.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Clara Hamilton and his sister, Joyce Wright.
Jerry is survived by his children Annette Stamper and her husband Jesse, David Hamilton and his wife Sissy and Mary Parham. Barbara Hamilton is the mother of his children. Grandchildren, Taylor and her fiancé Aaron, Travis, Jordan, Holly and her fiancé Brendon, Brendan, Randal, Adam and Chris. Niece Regina and Nephew Wes and his wife Becky and Randle and his wife Kathy.
