I'm so sorry to hear of Fred's passing.  He was a good friend and coworker at GSA Fleet. His knowledge and skills will be missed greatly. He was a very good man.  My condolences to the family, and friends of Fred.

Lanie, So sorry to hear about Fred, he was a friend and co-worker, CMCC, & fleet manager. We had many days of working together, and many days of having fun together. I will and have missed Fred, he was a smart manager and helped me secure many vehicles that I needed for my customer agencies at White Sands and El Paso. He was helpful to me  when he came to my Fleet center for the pool reviews. Lot's of fun memories off the job also. Lanie remember Las Vegas ? May Fred rest in peace, God bless him , you , and all his family.

Dear Layney, we are so saddened to hear about Fred. He will be missed very much. Fred was a blessing and hero for many of us.  I wished we could have been there  but he will always be in our hearts.
