Mass 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 7 at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 7341 Glenview, North Richland Hills, TX. Interment will follow at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, TX. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 6, evening at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Home, 6001 Rufe Snow Dr., in Fort Worth, Texas, from 6 to 8 p.m. with rosary at 7p.m.
Frank proudly served in the United States Army from 1942-1946 during World War II. He was a radar specialist during his years of service. After the war he was employed by 7UP Bottling Company, El Paso, TX for 36 years.
Frank was known for his quick wit and ever jovial attitude. His passion was cooking, creating new dishes and sharing them with family and friends. He also enjoyed gardening and was an avid reader. Listening to big band music brought him great joy.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Patricio and Rosa Heredia; wives, Feliciana and Margarita; brothers, Joe, Alfonso, Martin and Patrick.
Survivors: His loving son, Richard; sisters, Rose Ritenhour, Mickie Osegueda, Helen Schoeck; stepchildren, and host of nieces and nephews.
