Fausto Meza Jr.

Fausto’s life with Dolores began in 1958 and they shared a long, beautiful life full of love and happiness. Five children, fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren were so very blessed to call him dad, pops, and grandpa. He worked over 30 years in the automotive industry as a shipping and receiving clerk and also as a Chef where he shared his love of cooking with so many. He enjoyed, reading, golfing, dancing with his wife, poker and watching his favorite football team The Cowboys on Sunday afternoons. As a boy he served as an alter boy for his church and as a young man he was a boxer. He was a friend, a mentor, and an uncle to so many. He taught us all to be hardworking, respectful, and to always take care of our families. Although he will be greatly missed, we are rejoicing as we know he will be in our hearts forever and we will meet again in Heaven.

He is preceded in death by his parents Fausto M. Meza and Locadia C. Meza, sister Carmen Rangel, sister Carol Ramirez, brother Ricky Meza and Son in law Vernon Ricketts.

He is survived by his loving spouse of 64 years Dolores Meza.

Grandchildren April Marie Beagle, Christopher Loyd Meza, Joseph Faustino Meza, Isaiah Noel Meza, Nicholas Daniel Meza, Viktoria Chale Meza, Michael Isaiah Meza, Joshua Daniel Meza, Christian Daniel Meza, Samuel Ramos Jr., David Andrew Meza, Mario Jose Meza, Cecelia Marie Pineda, and Matthew Eric Flores.

Great Grandchildren Lacey Marie Beagle, Kenzly Ann Meza, Evelyn Marie Meza, Christopher Loyd Meza Jr., Jaden Ramon Meza, Joseph Meza Jr., Hayes Daniel Meza, Genesis Nicole Meza, Nevaeh Nicole Meza, Nikolai Daniel Meza, Nyla Octavia Meza, Mateo Rey Meza and Natalie Marie Munoz.

Visitation for Fausto will be held Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be Friday, March 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM, also at Laurel Land, with committal service to follow.
