Graveside service: 10 a.m. Thursday in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park.
Memorials: Her memory may be honored with a gift to a charity of choice or just a smile to brighten someone's day.
Eloise was born Oct. 31, 1920, in Perryton, the daughter of Compton Conway Bull and Mabel Burkhart Bull. She was a longtime resident of Tarrant County and, upon her mother's marriage to Howard Carroll Williams, as a young girl, she was doubly blessed to have known his love, wisdom and guidance. Eloise enjoyed her career as a medical assistant and was an active member and officer in the Tarrant County Medical Assistants Society. For many years, she was also active in the Haltom City Garden Club and her beloved Polytechnic First United Methodist Church -- and back in the day, what memorable Christmas Eve gatherings! The family extends gratitude to The Courtyards, Fort Worth, for the dignity and care our mother received during her many years in residence.
Godspeed, Ms. Lou.
Survivors: Her sons, James M. Coburn and wife, Georgia, and William C. Coburn and wife, Trisha; grandchildren, Danny, Amy, Melinda, Jason, Barry and Sarah; and five great-grandchildren and awaiting yet another.
Arrangements under the direction of Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel & Cemetery, Fort Worth, TX.
