Dorothy Lee Hanson

She was born on February 2, 1941 in Paris, Texas to her parents William Henry and Helen Louise Stout. She was preceded in death by her parents; father of her children, Robert Hanson; one sister; one granddaughter; one great granddaughter; and one great grandson.

The family wants to thank Heart to Heart Hospice and Glenview Wellness especially the nurses, Jed, Bermie, JG, Wensdie, Burnie, and Julie for her wonderful care.

Those who are left to cherish her memories are daughters, Dorcas and husband, Hollis Michlitsch of Watauga, and Ronda and husband, Michael Nickens of Haltom City; son, Russell and wife Rhonda Hanson of Fort Worth; eight grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; sisters, Edna, Billie, Charlotte, and Rita; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. - 8:00p.m. and

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 9:00a.m. at Shannon Funeral Chapel. Interment to follow at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, Colleyville, Texas.
